Friendly, very approachable and clear communication in my request concerning the conveyancing of a paying back an equity loans in the past needed to fill a gap in the deposit needed prior the mortgage required for the house I bought to proceed.
I had made an application to pay back the equity loan and this was approved. Thus I need a solicitor to make the transfer of the money.

This was explained to me in clear terms and in less than 30 min to type out the amount and information needed to be used in the transfer by the bank I used. I was informed of the solicitor's fee of which I agreed to as it was very reasonable.

The information was clearly typed out, and I took that to the bank and the transfer was completed effectively at the bank where my account is held.
The service offered by this solicitor firm was very efficient with clear and concise information.
