We organised the pickup of a cabin of ours to be swapped with an existing cabin at a garden centre, and for that swapped cabin to be returned to our workshop.

From the get-go, booking the job in was incredibly easy, facilitated by Mick, and any queries we had were answered promptly.

On the day David Stanley's operator proceeded to carry out the task with clear skill and professionalism, impressing the entire team (who'd had trouble with previous transport companies) and got everything done safely and efficiently.

I recently had a massive container (approximately 20’ x 12’) transported to my property, and the task seemed almost impossible due to the size and the extremely narrow road leading to my house. However, the team at David Stanley handled it with absolute professionalism and skill.

Their driving and maneuvering abilities were truly impressive, and they managed to deliver the container safely into my garden without any damage. It was incredible to watch how cleverly and carefully they worked, using cranes and vehicles so efficiently.

David Stanley and his team run a long-standing family business with a wealth of expertise. They are reliable, affordable, and treat every project with great care. I was thoroughly impressed by their service and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for safe, professional, and efficient container transportation.

Spoke to Sean, agreed a date and time for a crane to provide Lift only service no haulage. Arrive on the date and time discussed, but no crane After speaking to them, they said it was because I hadn’t sent them a confirmation Email. Firstly, I do not remember at any time being asked to send a confirmation email. But more importantly If I take an order from a customer, I would always send them the confirmation and if payment was required, ask them to pay I would also follow up with a phone call closer to the time, So when I arrived at site expecting a crane that didn’t turn up, I phoned and spoke to Sean, The attitude was one of couldn’t really care less, I then asked to speak to his manager and I spoke to Jo, quite frankly, her attitude was worse, I write this review because if this was my business, I would want to know how my front and staff were talking to potential customers because This will be losing them money long-term. If somebody wants to order a crane and he’s willing to pay for it, it’s very simple. Take their details over the phone set up an account over the phone and take their money over the phone. And if you have to have email confirmation, don’t expect the customer to send it. You send the email to the customer and follow up with a phone call if necessary. Business is hard enough without turning away potential income because of a bad work attitude, and don’t create a barrier to business make it as easy as possible to pay and book!

I have some issue with this company on start but end of the day they showed a really good manner to resolve this for both of parties.
