Wouldn't touch this company with a bargepole, as the saying goes.
One of their solicitors acted for the buyerof a flat I was selling. Took 4 weeks before they even sent out enquiries to my solicitor, then took 3 weeks to look at the responses. They ignored all emails, texts and messages from my solicitor, tge agent and even their own client. What should have been a very simple (no chain either side, cash buyer)transaction, took nearly 3 months.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This firm is utterly unethical and immoral. The staff are deceitful, with no qualms about falsifying documents or lying to authorities to achieve their goals.

Total useless firm, not reliable at all, agent is chasing them for last 10 days no answer from anyone. Complete waste of money and time, making this sale so stressful. Not worth going through all this stress with this firm. They have made up reviews ... customer service and satisfaction is nowhere on their agenda. looks like a one man show

Unfortunately the solicitor (Simon) I spoke to when hoping to discuss a quote for the matter I was seeking representation for, laughed at my situation (It was for a transfer of equity, not a laughing matter). When I said it wasn't appropriate that he laughed he apologised that I took it the wrong way. Quite unprofessional and pleased in a way that he was rude from the offset before paying them any money down the line. I would advise that they do not mock potential clients as the majority will be calling about sensitive situations. They also did not respond to my email prior to me calling and trying to get a response.

Be careful with this firm, in particular Simon dadia, who I dealt with after being reccomended by family. He was supposed to help me in buying and then selling my first property. Conflicts of interests from within their firm (By all accounts their other client was FAR more important than me) this led to issues as Simon was unable to act properly on my behalf. The senior partners (I imagine) told Simon to ignore me thus leading to a communication issue meaning they no longer wanted anything me as a client (they only cared about their larger client). Partners incredibly rude! Take your business anywhere else...
