Disappointment. As a buyer Phoenix doesn't care about you, they won't give you any information that you ask for saying they are unable to but when their seller wants to know what's going on they will harass you to the point of being rude. We was told the seller wanted no communication with us and we were left in the dark for weeks when sharing doubts that we didn't want the house due to communication, Phoenix became interactive with us again. When paper work was held up, Phoenix blamed the other parties.(we spoke to the house owner in the end because we got tired) every step was a stressful time we wish that the house was listed by another agent, nothing was made easy.

I am a fellow agent and have recently been involved in a chain and dealt with the manager, Jaimie, throughout. She is incredibly helpful, communicative and friendly. We worked effortlessly together to help a number of clients facilitate their move. It made for great teamwork, it would be great if all agents worked together this well. It was a pleasure and I hope to have more chains with Jaimie in the future - would certainly reccomend this agent without a doubt 🙂 x

We have used Phoenix estate agents to sell quite a few of our family homes would highly recommend Jaimie and Chloe. They are always polite and always keeping in contact to keep you update on what is happening with your home from the 1st day on the market to the completion of the sale. The photos Jaimie takes always look good and the write up and details she provides about your home is always fantastic. The 1st time we used Phoenix estate agents was after our house had been on the market for months with only one viewing with another estate agent and Jaimie sold our house within a couple of weeks . We would never use anyone else to sell our house with. Highly recommend these two lovely ladies

We recently purchased a new property which was being marketed by Phoenix Estate Agents of Sutton Bridge.
From our first contact with this business we found them to be very pleasant and professional in their service.
The sale of our previous property turned out to be a marathon exercise but Jaimie and Chloe were extremely helpful in making sure that we were kept updated at every step of the way.
We would not hesitate to use this business again and would strongly recommend them.

We had our house for sale with another estate agent, supposedly meant to be best in Kings Lynn. Well they was totally a load of rubbish.
We took our house of the market, and asked Phoenix if they would come value our house.
Jamie came, what a lovely lady, she was honest, and so helpful to us.
We decided to go with Phoenix, this was the best thing we could do. We was sale agreed within 3 weeks. We completed within 8 weeks. Everything went so smoothly.
This was the best descicion we made. We moved to Sutton Bridge, and often pop in to Phoenix office, to say hello. Always made so welcome.

I've used Phoenix to buy/sell two properties and have always found them to be friendly, professional and keen to understand the requirements of their customers.
They were focused at meeting my needs, especially when it came to finding me and my wife a suitable property. Something which I have found other estate agents struggled with.
I'd use them again, and would recommend that anyone in the West Norfolk / South Lincolnshire looking for help with buying or selling a property should contact them and see if they can help.

We have recently sold our property with Phoenix Estate Agent, Sutton Bridge having used them with previous properties we were not disappointed. As always both Jaimie and Chloe were outstanding, professional, polite, friendly and most of all pulled the cat out of the bag. Nothing was ever too much trouble and recieved regular updates.
