DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY. The asbestos survey was conducted by a surveyor wearing no protection and left mess in every room. They stood on pieces of furniture and grabbed expensive fragile equipment to reach the ceiling, instead of using the ladders they brought. I complained and asked for a refund, even providing a video and image of the shocking service. They refused a refund and then my emails stopped sending to them. Disgusting company. Avoid at all costs. How they are UKAS accredited, I will never understand.

EDIT - We had another company test for asbestos as we didn't trust the results from the testing lab. They have come back positive. Wrong results which cost £216. Waste of money and time.

2nd EDIT - In response to the company's response, no it is not satisfactory. My emails wouldn't send to them when I said the response was unsatisfactory. Avoid company at all costs. They are despicable.

Very quick testing reply. I only filled the form with personal and property details, I provided 3 pieces that I wanted inspected from different rooms and I got charged for 1 lab inspection only and I received email in just 2 hours. Quick and simple. Well done!

I have used Assisi environmental on a number of properties purchased in the Ribble Valley over a several year period. The fact I have always gone back to Assisi is a testament to their excellent work ethic and customer service. All of the asbestos surveyors I have met have been very professional and in more than one case they have saved me from property devaluation. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

AVOID!!! DO NOT TRUST!!

Failed to find Asbestos even though Assisi's surveyor confirmed to me on site that samples were Asbestos. Another company (with own lab) confirmed that Asbestos was present. Acting on Assisi's report, we would have exposed employees to Asbestos as well as potentially allowing Asbestos fibres to enter into the supply chain of a large national retailer.

Made appointment, I waited in ALL day they didnt show up but said they did. I dont deal with LIARS. I have told them to stop contacting me as I will not make another appointment with them yet they still call, it's becoming harassing. Next stop is to report them to the police.

Reception very polite, tries to help company, BUT staff do not care, they do not contact people, they do not update you and Directors are not interested , when you contact these people it is for a important test, they are just not interested at all. Will NEVER recommend or use

Turned up late, where unprofessional and rude, made a huge mess and I had to get a second team in from a different company because they missed most of the asbestos. Totally not acceptable.

DO NOT TOUCH WITH A 10FT BARGE POLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
