We were recommended Kitson Boyce for conveyancing from a family member who recently used their services for the sale of their property.

We sold our family home of over 25 years.

We were very nervous but Kitson Boyce were fantastic from beginning to the end of the process and the majority of the work was completed digitally.

Communication was a top priority for us and they did not disappoint. We were kept in contact at every point during the process and we are very happy to complete the sale in less than 12 weeks including over the Christmas period, absolutely fantastic!

The entire process was explained well and our expectations were met.

I had poor communication throughout, I personally had to chase the majority of the documents we were waiting on. I was given no direction by the solicitor on how to access or get the documents I needed for my sale. I had to contact my old solicitor who was more helpful than Kitson Boyce. My solicitor was out of the office for a lot of the week and had reduced working hours making communication extremely difficult. I was frequently told “you are the client, this should be your solicitor chasing, not you”. I had to use my initiative to look up numbers and contact details for persons we were waiting on, my solicitor showed no initiative or regard for the my personal circumstances. I had a horrendous experience and would recommend avoiding Kitson Boyce.

Lauren guided me through a purchase of a flat sold through the auction method, of a leasehold with shared freehold where a previous sale of one of the leases had yet to complete through land registry introducing delays to the time frame of auction sale/purchase. Each step of the way Laurens communication was clear and understandable, addressing my own questions and standard legal points plus further points that Lauren determined as relevant to this specific transaction as such it was not treated as a tick list, but what did this client require for this particular transaction, providing options and proposals for now and future consideration.
