We were extremely disappointed and let down by this company. Clinicians gave contradictory information regarding their assessments and processes, leading us to believe one thing and then saying another once an assessment had been carried out. EPIC refused to consider other sources of evidence other than their own questionnaires, their communication time was poor and responses to my questions about feedback were vague, unhelpful and left me with more questions than it did answers. We were left waiting a long time to receive the assessment report and some of the outcome scores were left out as they were seen as 'irrelevant'. I followed the company's complaints process and the issues I raised were not fully addressed or resolved. I ended up having to submit an SAR to receive the full set of assessment scores. If you have a child with a complex profile or a female internalised presentation of autism then avoid EPIC and go elsewhere.

EPIC solutions are truely wonderful, they make you feel human from the minute you arrive, everyone is so kind and helpful, they make you feel validated and supported. I would highly recommend them for anyone seeking a private assessment that is recognised by the NHS. The process from start to finish was just short of 12 weeks, which after a 3 year wait already was like a breath of fresh air to have answers and understanding of our situation. A big thank you to each and every one of you!
