Austin and Cranley's Debbie Carvey recently helped us go from offer accepted to in our new home in 22 working days, in fact, we changed lawyers to Austin and Carnley a few days after the offer was accepted meaning that it was 18 working days. Just incredible! All the other conveyancing lawyers we spoke to said it couldn't happen, but with the team we found of which Austin and Carnley were our fabulous conveyancers, we got there.
We had a few challenges as you might imagine, but Debbie and her team always helped us move efficiently, which with a tight turnaround was so important, and in our experience with our earlier house purchases, not always a guarantee in conveyancing. It was so refreshing to work with a conveyancing lawyer who we felt we could rely on, instead of chasing all the time and correcting their work, which had always been our past experience.
It is also worth noting that the fee was really transparent which was much appreciated (I cannot say everyone was seemingly the same on that front), and frankly incredible value!
Don't let another conveyancing lawyer tell you can't do it, work with Austin and Carnley and genuinely make your dreams come true. We are in our dream house and it could not have happened without Austin and Carnley.
