Absolutely terrible business. We had to do our own viewings on several occasions. And ones we had someone interested. their communication with the buyer and ourselves was terrible, making us almost loose our buyer. So we contacted the buyer ourselves and demanded king and chasemore to stay out of it. King and chasemore made both parties believe that they were the issue in the communications, but after dealing with the sales ourselves, we found out king and chasemore was the issue.
They still demanded almost full price for their "services". And when we protested the amount, there were no records of all the complaints we made, so we had no case.
Avoid steyning king and chasemore, you will end up regretting it if you don't.
