Rebecca has been pivotal in getting our previously failed planning application through. We have made an application previously which was turned down but Rebecca advised us to apply again and then appeal and we are so happy we have been successful. From preparing the plans and landscaping drawings to submitting our application and subsequent appeal we have been able to leave everything in her capable hands. Rebecca consulted on each aspect and was always positive and persistent every step of the way, with a thorough knowledge of the planning and appeals system. We will definitely ask for her help with any future plans we may have but for now we are over the moon to have been given planning permission for our stables conversion.

I used Studio Smale for plans to be drawn up for an extention and to take care of the planning application through to permission granted. I was very happy with the service I received. The drawn plans were done to a very high standard and nothing was too much when deciding to make alterations to them before they were submitted. Rebecca was very polite and very knowledgeable.
