My husband and I decided to invest in Bemer after my aunties experience that restored her mobility after 16 years! Steve spent time with us via zoom and telephone as we live in Buckinghamshire. He listening to our challenges and was able to create an effective plan to use the Bemer to maximum effect. Both of us having had herniated discs and all the back pain that comes with it...so easy to use and both of us feel able to do things we couldn't. I can now garden for 2 hours, before Bemer I struggled to do 20 minutes before my back hurt too much. We are both back running 5ks regularly. Feeling less middle aged, thanks Steve and Bemer.

I've known Steven for a while now, and when he mentioned pain treatment with BEMER I was intrigued. I've always avoided traditional medicine and supported complementary medicine, but I'd never heard of it before. I told Steven about my aches and pains and the lack of mobility in my shoulder from a break in November 2023. He said BEMER would be appropriate and I went along for some sessions. He's based in the old council buildings on Quay Road, Bridlington and also works in Northampton.

I'm always open to new ideas, and I sat then lay down in a comfortable reclining chair on a mat attached to the BEMER machine. I also had pads on the areas of pain.

It was a very relaxing experience for me - maybe a slight tingle and a feeling of warmth. But really, nothing except a feeling of wellbeing.

Later that day I fell asleep, unusual for me, and that night l slept better than I had done on a while.

After my second session I noticed a lightening of my mood and an increase in my energy levels.

Now, seven sessions in, I feel fantastic. I'm happier, more energetic and my mobility has improved. I sleep better and am working better too. I feel alive again.

I even took Betty, my dog, for a few sessions. She had toothache, and the vets estimate was £1000.

She lay on the mat, utterly relaxed, and appeared to benefit from it. It's hard to tell with dogs if they're in extreme pain or just uncomfortable. A few sessions later, and she’s running round the garden again, happy as can be. The deterioration was so slow it took me a while to realise. Now she’s back to her irritating self, yapping and full of life.

I can definitely recommend this treatment for anyone with pain, or lack of energy. I thought I was depressed. Now I genuinely believe it was poor circulation that was making me lethargic and grumpy.

I'll definitely be continuing my sessions, and if anyone out there is interested, give Steven a shout.

It really is working for me, and if we can help people out there reduce, or even cure their pain, its all good.

I first tried Bemer Vascular Therapy with Steven Boston in Daventry. I loved the feeling of well-being. I purchased my own bemer 2023 to help my brother who is diabetic and has COPD. It is brilliant for him and both of us benefit from perfect blood pressure.
I use my bemer twice a day and love the benefit on my arthritic knees.

I was diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis of the left hip in 2018 and was told by the consultant I needed a full hip replacement. As an active sports person and runner this was a huge shock! My journey to seek an improvement and avoid surgery began in earnest. Consequently I found BEMER through Steve and Boston Lifestyle Services and it was a no-brainer for me to invest in my own health. Fast forward 5 years, still no surgery ? and I'm still participating in all the activities that I used to enjoy; gym, swim, and golf ? On reflection, I think my experience demonstrates that doing the right thing for your body and getting the appropriate treatment i.e. BEMER therapy in my case has been invaluable in preventing any further deterioration and keeping me off the operating table!

In April 2023 my 83yr old lovely active mum suddenly couldn't stand up or walk. We received a phone call from her to say she could hardly move. After a very difficult visit, getting into a car was a challenge and then into a wheelchair....to our local A&E she was x-rayed and "mis diagnosed with an 'out of place hip by the doctor. So we left the hospital with no walking aids and advised to make a doctor's appointment. Our only explanation was "you need a new hip". She started to take paracetamol and ibuprofen to help her walk as she was in pain. I lent my mum our Bemer to use on her hips, wrapping the padded strap around her lower back- using this twice a day am and pm, for 16 mins - whilst sitting with cushions either side of her for added support. Within 2 weeks she was able to walk again using a walking stick. She has also had a private consultation, where she again had x-rays. They showed both hips in perfect alignment. However, the x-rays did show severe arthritis in one hip, but she does not need a hip replacement. She has been using the Bemer everyday now for 5 months. She has, under the Consultants' suggestion, also seen the physio at the private hospital - but only twice! She has now (August 2023) enrolled in an exercise class in her village which is funded by the council. There are 25 people who attend it. She is walking, still using a walking stick, albeit at a slower pace than she would be, but, she is walking and has NO pain and isn't taking any painkillers. I can honestly say that the Bemer has really helped her recovery and enabled her to go to the exercise class and also do her exercises at home that the private physio has shown her. She is independent again, out and about using her car.

Did a 5 day course with Steven with pain in back knee and foot. At the end of the course there appeared to be improvement in all areas. A couple of days we even put the pads on my dogs hip and he seemed to enjoy it, sleeping during the session.

I have severe mobility problems with my back and knees as well as osteoarthritis amongst other ailments.
I visited Steve for a free session and the treatment improved my mobility,not a lot but noticeably.
I signed up for the 10 session offer and the results have been remarkable. I am no longer shuffling or stopped. Of course it is necessary to continue the regime andi will do this by buying the equipment.

Steven was very professional and friendly. He explained the BEMER therapy really well and out me at ease. Steven provided lots of relatable information about the treatment. I have struggled with my right shoulder for over 2 years, with the pain becoming progressively worse. I had one session with Steven in our meeting and I was very surprised by the amount the pain reduced! I believe that with regular treatment to the area, I would be able to manage a lot more daily with my shoulder than I currently am doing. Thank you!
