Following an initial meeting with Paul Whyatt of Whyatt Accountancy, I just knew that I had to make the decision to change; he was interested in my business and even at this early stage, the quality of advice he offered really impressed me. The 'switching process', which I had previously worried about, was to say the least, 'a breeze', with everything being sorted out 'behind the scenes, as it were, between my existing Accountancy provider and Paul. In terms of cost, Paul's proposal, whilst competitive in the market-place, offered great value-for-money in that he showed an interest in my business that I never received from my previous Accountants which I am confident will result in both business and personal cost savings and, although only some 7 months into our business relationship, I am more than happy with the client service that Paul is providing; nothing is too much trouble and when required, his approachability and turnaround times, continues to be superb.
