I recently flew with Ryanair from London, and it was one of the worst airline experiences I’ve had. Before traveling, I made sure my hand luggage met the size requirements. However, at the boarding gate, they forced me to pay an extra fee just because I had a small additional bag.

The staff was inflexible and unfriendly, as if they were just looking for any excuse to charge passengers more. It didn’t matter that my total luggage was within the allowed size—apparently, their main goal is to squeeze every penny out of customers with arbitrary and unfair rules.

In short, if you fly with Ryanair, be ready for hidden fees and terrible service. I won’t be flying with them again.

My experience at the Ryanair check-in desk was not pleasant. The staff memberI dealt with seemed
uninterested and lacked the friendliness you'd expect in customer service. While everything was processed as it should have been, the overall attitude left much to be desired. There are other airlines that offer similar prices and services but still understand the importance of good customer service. Ryanair could definitely improve in this area.

Always overcrowded. No chairs, many sitting on the ground.
The airport structure is difficult to understand with few information boards.
Ryanair staff always have angry faces and no room to spare.
They tell me to come to the airport four hours in advance.
Airports are not theme parks.
This is an airport with a ridiculous airline where you queue up two hours before departure and miss your flight. Cheap and bad management style, when they could be more rational.
I have made up my mind to use other airlines than Ryanair from now on.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Ryan Airline. Despite my carry-on fitting perfectly within the compartment, they arbitrarily singled me out and demanded an extra 50 pounds. The staff, particularly a blonde girl with blue eyes and the manager, were utterly unprofessional and made me feel like a criminal. Their treatment was disgraceful and I strongly advise against ever flying with Ryan Airline again. They should reconsider their employees' suitability for customer-facing roles altogether.

You get what you pay for. My standards aren't too high however the last 2 experiences were not up to adequate. From Stansted to Warsaw Modlin, we were delayed 3 hours, very boring long wait. A few days ago, our elderly grandparents were going to Luton from Rzeszow, and when we drove out of the airport it was 3AM, 2 hours after the expected landing. What's happened? I never have had a bad Ryanair experience up until 2024 started!

The worst customer service in gate 55 on Friday 2 of August 2024. Apparently the lady in charge (not the ones getting passport and tickets). She was very rude and cocky, shouting at people when they asked for information. No education at all, she does not deserve any position in front of the company, make it look very bad.

£44 for an extra four kilos in my checked bag when I have purchased the seat, taken out flight insurance with your company and paid priority plus and 10k checked bag? I find it incredibly abusive and not at all friendly to the customer who has already paid enough. Of course I'll go to vueling next time because really in the end it ends up being cheaper than traveling with Ryanair and at least you don't feel cheated.
