I've had a fantastic experience with Graysons Solicitors. They helped me get compensation for an accident that took place two years ago. I tripped on a scaffolding and fractured both elbows. The scaffolding wasn't properly secured or marked. Jane Cooper who handled my claim was professional, competent and lovely. She led to the case resolving in my favour. I had an accident and wasn't sure if I could go through the effort of putting a claim in. Then speaking to graysons I felt happy with my choice that just got better everytime. I was nervous of going to court but once I got there and met there chosen Barrister who also made me feel at ease and comfortable to talk too. I had an accident at my employers and cut a deep laceration in my thumb and approached Graysons to look into the possibility of making a claim I think Michaela answered my enquiry and she emailed me asking me to send authorisation for themselves and my employers access to my medical records.
I was taken aback by this as due to an ongoing shoulder replacement that has issues I was prescribed oramorph liquid for pain relief and my medical records weren’t discussed with my employer as this was a seperate entity. And so I expressed concerns to the person dealing with my case and revealing the fact I was taking prescription oramorph for an existing injury. I explained to my advisor that if my employer knew I was using oramorph liquid the not only Woulds the doctors be made aware I was on oramorph but this could end up as a point for the solitors and made them aware in which I was told of two bones for the the company and for that reason I took the point and decided to give Graysons so I asked the real team I didn’t want my medical history launching on about my oramorph liquid and I asked if there was no othe create thertesandwhuches using my rich arm to show the capa and I was aware my employers should have assume the medication could have been used as a good memory. I asked I asked with the indicator if that wasn’t the plan and would have then it ended up with my grades hot be and she replied my ex would by

That it maybe the reason and Graysons were looking then h gave ammunition tk both items that I wasn’t it. In the end Graysons said to cancel my popped up so she charged me 20 £3000$ so I was still not favoured by anyone.
