I went to the next winters warming event ,sunday 12 November 2023,at great clacton community center valley road clacton on sea CO15 4AR , where I was happy to visit to get weather appropriate clothing but I didn’t know I was going to be humiliated by two of the staffs. When I got in I didn’t know you come with a bag , I saw a lot of people with massive bags and trolleys stuffing lots of clothes into it.I decided to take clothes I wanted together in my hands so that I could stay by the side and sort the actual one I will take since looking at the size number was confusing.He started raising his voice on me that am greedy and said all sorts to me , I explained to him that I was sorting them and leaving the rest , he snapped on me and tears flowed down my eyes I regretted coming in the first place,the man I understand was the supervisor tall and a little elderly,white short hair was wearing a red jacket.He discriminated against me (racism) and it was obvious.there were people who had more than 2big sacks he did not talk to them and I being The lady who was standing by the door ticking a paper ,had a black hair was not left out, when I was crying due to the humiliation she made fun of me saying that I should carry my tears to somewhere else.The more I pleaded with to listen to me the more she said she will call the police,and that was so cruel I asked her if I should return the little I had .she said I can .This attitude of this. Two people has badly affected my mental health,so on advice of people around I was advised to take what is left since what i picked has been taken away by someone else. I am considering returning the items , what was supposed to be charity and a blessing has put tears on my face and broken me down I am considering bringing back what I have so i don’t have to cry when I wear them.
