A little late in my review so apoligies Amanda.
Without exaggerating, Amanda saved my life. Trauma upon trauma had me stuck for years. Talk therapy counselling left me cast adrift without actual remedies to move forward.
EMDR with Amanda is life changing. She's not only a lovely, warm, well accomplished & professional lady, her ability & skill in knowing what you need on the day is wonderful. She never let's a stone go unturned and this is how she changed my life for the better.
I'm back to being me, but a better version. Calmer, settled, happy and content. I've made huge changes in my life and are better for it. I listen to me now & the belief and trust I feel is wonderful.

I began seeing Amanda to unpick elements of childhood trauma that were throwing up unhealthy patterns in my adult life. Highly recommend. Brilliant counsellor. Had never had EMDR or formal counselling before this so was apprehensive at first but found Amanda was a perfect fit for me and was adaptable with a wealth of experience. Not the easiest thing I’ve done but I’m so so glad I reached out- I’ve felt such a difference in less than four months and shouldn’t need to see her again! If you’re considering reaching out I’d really encourage it!
