I completed the final staircasing of my shared ownership home in December 2024 with the assistance of Trish Coutts and Jakki Lonie. Picking a solicitor took a long time after a lot of research and I’m pleased I chose Phillips Law, even though I am some distance away. We completed within the time frame I needed.

Shared ownership purchase is complex but Trish knew it inside out and was able to advise me throughout. I had a lot of questions and there were a few nasty surprises along the way due to being SO which couldn’t be avoided, but these were handled as best as was possible.

Pricing was fair and this is due to the companies open, accurate and comprehensive quote. I would recommend using Phillips Law. Just waiting for the final paperwork to come through.

Recently sold a property and had the privilege of having Catherine Killeen as my solicitor.
