For a law firm I was shocked at how poor they are. I was first contacted after being out in touch by my estate agent. Was told that they would be the ones to take the next steps to get my property sold. Basically making people feel like they have to use this firm. Luckily for me I have solder before and understand this is not the case. Quote was reasonable but they came across so untrustworthy I went else where. Then called back up to check if I wanted to go ahead. After explaining I thought their phone call was misleading and that I was using another firm the salesman continued to try and sell me themselves. I had to stop him mid sentence to explain how he acknowledged what I had said at the beginning of the call, but then completely disregarded it. Then said he was trying to sell me anything, this person does not understand sales. A law firm should know better, avoid

Having major issues getting a sale moved along (vendors conveyancer, DC Law) .. turns out both my conveyancer and them are part of the simplify 'group' yet seem to ignore each other. Shocking and anything but Simplified.

Such a bad company all round. Move with us and DC law have given us an atrocious service, no communication, no care. Would avoid at all costs.
