I cannot recommend Katrina enough! She has been incredible at helping me navigate some of the highest and lowest points in my life. From the loss of my father to my upcoming move to Australia and wedding, she has been there every step of the way and helped me to understand myself and my boundaries better than I ever could. I have loved and looked forward to every session knowing I have had a friend to share my every thought with. I have learnt so much about myself and hope to carry on with the journey through my next stage of life.

To anyone that is wondering if counselling is the right journey for you I truly recommend meeting with Katrina. She is very easy to talk to and incredible at listening and getting to know you.

Katrina has created a space in which I feel free to open up about personal issues-this does not come easily to me and has been a revelation. Openness, honesty, disclosure, making connections previously not considered and in an atmosphere of trust, finding aspects of myself I didn't know existed, all leading to: I don't know where yet. The talking therapy has been of great benefit to me and I'm glad I ventured into counselling.
