Excellent Service, speedy installation and friendly staff. The only issue we had was the sales consultant stated the chairlift would be installed on the Friday but when they called to confirm they stated it would be Monday - however they did manage to change it for us to be fitted on the Friday. Also the sales consultant stated his card machine wasn't working so we had to write a cheque - which caused us further issues - however the staff we dealt with over the phone were friendly, pleasant and very helpful and understanding. The sales consultant did however, offer an excellent solution to the fitting so it wouldn't incur additional costs to us.
Would highly recommend this company.

We've just had our stairlift fitted. The representative of the company explained fully about the equipment, the fitting, price etc completely and made our choice easy. It was fitted, tested and demonstrated in about an hour by a courteous chap who knew his stuff, leaving us with confidence and information. We now have a lovely, well fitted stairlift giving us the confidence to remain in our own home, taking the worries and stresses away. When and if we need to use it, it is there. So much cheaper than a house move. Thank you.

Most impressed by the speed and efficiency of both the rep who came to tell us about their stairlifts and the young engineer who came to fit it. Our stairs are steep and narrow but the lift works wonderfully. All completed amazingly quickly. Other companies were reluctant to tackle the stairs without special adjustments
The price too was as expected after we did some research before decision . It was actually more than £2000 less than one quotation we received

The speed from initial enquiry to survey then installation was only two weeks. This included the manufacture of non standard rail components.
The quality of the components is superb.
The installation was swift with all part fitted with skill first time, no modifications and everything worked first time. Excellent job. Excellent product.
If you need a stair lift why go anywhere else. I recommend Acorn Stairlifts without a doubt.

Amazing Service received from the Acorn Stairlifts team!! Appointment booked to survey my in-laws home for a stairlift on the Saturday, ordered it the same day and it was installed on the Tuesday (3days from start to installation). I would like to tell you just how impressed we are with Acorn Stairlifts UK, from the phone call that got the Rep to come and see us, who knew everything about the stairlift, to the engineer who came and fitted it, were all so efficient and knowledgeable. The engineer was the nicest, kindest man who took the time to explain, the safty and workings of the stairelift in great detail and was a plesure to have in our home.
