I initially subscribed to CIPD HR Inform for 12 months and, when my subscription period was ending, I followed the correct process to cancel. My cancellation was confirmed by email, and everything seemed fine.

However, despite this written confirmation, they have continued to take payments after the cancellation date. I have contacted their support team to resolve this, but the issue persists. This is highly frustrating and raises serious concerns about their billing practices and customer service.

I expected better from a company that promotes transparency and reliability. If you’re considering subscribing, I strongly advise being cautious and double-checking your cancellation process to avoid unexpected charges. I hope they take action to correct this issue and improve their handling of cancellations.

As a stand alone HR practitioner, it's useful to have access to HR-inform when I need to sense check something or get a second opinion. A recent call to Mobola at the helpline to go through two issues was so useful - her advice was concise and reassuring, and she understood our businesses needs really quickly.

Disgraceful company. Once you attend any CIPD seminars, CIPD HR INFORM then hound you non-stop with their sales calls trying to get you to sign up to them. Even when you tell them you’re not interested and block their number, they’ll phone you from a different number.

Never share your real mobile number with them as they abuse it. Very pushy and never going to get a sale from me.
