I would offer 0 star of I could. Never ever use this firm. They took my money. Did nothing absolutely nothing. Could not speak to them could not contact them. When I asked for my file under gdpr they didn't send it. Had to go through the ICO to get it. Then they sent me someone else's details. Complete breach of data protection for a law firm. I'd prosecute them if I had the money.

SCAM COMPANY. WILL TALK PROFESSIONALLY, ANSWER YOUR CALLS AND MESSAGES, ACT LIKE THEY'RE GOING TO HELP AND THEN AS SOON AS YOU PAY, THEY DISSAPPEAR. NO UPDATES, NO CALLS, NO EMAILS. NO WORK DONE!!! THEY DONT REPSOND TO YOU OR ANSWER THE PHONE. £1000 OUT OF POCKET AND NO CASE COMPLETED. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD.

I AM NOW TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY.

I was put into a very vulnerable position regarding my children through no fault of my own and was left not knowing where to turn. Thank god I found this place! Not only did they do a brilliant job, they gave me support and reassurance when I really needed it. I would definitely recommend this company!

DO NOT TOUCH THIS PRACTICE/FIRM WITH A BARGE POLE!!
I used them for legal services which I never received, absolute fraudsters, it's sickening how they take your money & promise to help when people are at their lowest. The outcome, none of the services I was promised & £800 worse off for it!!

I had the worst experience with Branston legal services. I payed fully and then they avoided me. I requested a refund , I was promised one that never happened.

I am chasing them for months now and I didn’t get anything. But I don’t accept disrespect and the distress they put me in , I am escalating further. As I have evidence on everything.

This was their family law solicitor.

I have had a bad experience dealing with this company. They offered a poor service and when I checked other companies found they had overcharged for this poor service. This is regarding two POAs that I required help for. I gave them the opportunity to redeem themselves by writing a comprehensive complaint letter which was completely ignored. I chased this up with a promise to give them a poor review and this was ignored. Once I have worked out how to use trust pilot I may post this review there.
