I couldn't recommend Long Term Teachers enough. I had only ever worked in nurseries until I started working for them and they helped me gain confidence to work with older children. They have been so supportive, I had a fall about a month into working in my school and they were so good ringing to make sure I was okay and to see if I needed them to do anything to help. My partner has been struggling to find work for a year now and they have taken him on and they are doing the best they can to help and support him. They have honestly turned our lives upside down for the better without even realising it.

I cannot recommend Long Term Teachers enough!!! From the beginning, they have been attentive and supportive. They have aided me throughout my time with them, catching up with myself regularly to see how I am doing in my role. George has been an absolute superstar - such a friendly person and always making me feel supported. I have now been able to gain a permanent position with my dream school - which has only been able to happen through my experience with them due to Long Term Teachers; attending to my likes and needs and placing myself with the school. I would not hesitate to recommend this agency. I decided to sign up with Long Term Teachers after having had a poor experience with a different agency and am so glad that I did. Beth was very supportive and helpful sorting out the paper work involved and I was impressed with the ease and speed of getting the DBS check sorted.
George has been a great consultant to work with - he is friendly, understanding and takes the time to build a good relationship with schools and teachers. Communication was excellent and I was regularly updated with what placements were on offer (with a variety of other roles available when secondary supply teachers were not in as much demand at the start of the year).

Long- term Teachers has been amazing! After taking a long career break due to me becoming a mum, I was nervous about getting back into work and career choices. I was contacted by Matt and I couldn't fault him, he was professional, understanding, helpful and very motivating. I was eager and excited to start working in schools and Matt found me work promptly. I also had a lady called Beth help with all the processing of my documents and paper work. She was so lovely and helpful and offered me extra support if I ever needed it. This really is a fantastic agency with staff that really care and have a keen interest to help people find work and a life long career.
