My Home Move Conveyancing and Premier Property Lawyers are the same company with the extremely rude Manager Jonathan G.
My total bill was increased by around £500 vs the quote. After complaining I didn't pay that increase.
I also had Thomas from MHMC. He was very convincing while I was asking him about all those bad comments. Thomas didn't help much during the pricing dispute. The quote was very good, but I also provided all information, so there was not a reason to increase the price. Premier Property Lawyers stated that the 3rd party increased the price and they wouldn't fund me, but for that I demanded to see their invoice, but they never sent it to me.
I also lost the trust in their professionalism, and I hope they did their job correctly on my purchase process.
My conveyancer Adam C. was fairly quick with the process, but I had to follow up about everything. I had to ask plenty of questions as well as calling. It should have not been like that. I expected to be informed and explained all the processes and possible complication, etc.

I don't recommend them. I didn't recommend them to my friend who is buying a flat.
Don't fill out any surveys until the completion, this is misleading.

If you decide to choose them, ensure you give all information and you have everything written.

My Home Move site . I recommend you stay well away from this site. The buyer of my house after 2and a half months of work from the solicitor the site handed the business over too. Had done next to nothing to complete the sale. . He had lied to his client repeatedly and even agreed a completion date that never happened. Our sale has still not completed and their would appear to be no sense of urgency from anyone within this shocking administration . Our lives have been turned into a nightmare by people you should trust .

Awful, i wish i had checked these google reviews. i have used this company 3 times in the past and they where good but now they are terrible. The buyers solicitors have made some simple enquires to be passed on to us but the conveyancer withholds these enquiries for ten days before passing them on, once we have answered them that day the conveyancer now withholds them from the buyers solicitor for another 10 days. this has happened twice so far.The conveyancer does not respond to emails or answer calls making the process unnecessarily unpleasant and it seams this is the experience most others are having.
Think twice before using this company as they have seriously deteriorated .
3 weeks later and emails and calls are still being ignored if you want to make buying or selling a house as stressful as possible use this firm.

I have used PPL/My Home Move on a number of occasions for sales, purchases, and remortgages.
However, there seems to have been a change in staff as the most recent sale and purchase was a painful process.
I was being advised one thing by my conveyancer, who would then change the approach a week later, meaning time was being wasted.
I then raised a complaint, and was told the manager would look in to it for me, which was done, however I still expected a review of the case. This wasn't done, and I am being advised won't be done as the complaint has been closed.
I moved house two months ago, and I am still waiting on items and queries. The amount of chaser emails I have sent over recent months have been ridiculous, and sadly customer service just isn't a priority for this firm.
Needless to say, I won't be using them again in the future, and I would rather pay a little more to get a better service from another firm.

They LOST my SIGNED CONTRACT on the day of EXCHANGE! They had told me I hadn't sent it in the envelope they received and need to send it again. Over ten heated phone calls later they found it. Buying a house is stressful enough without the company you're paying to oversee the process losing the most significant document. My conveyancer herself was actually helpful but the process fell apart when she wasn't available.
