Brilliant service from start to finish

When a problem with our Mac put us out of action, this was resolved quickly by Hardware Associates. The courier arrangements to get our Mac to them were really quick and we had it back fully repaired with a new graphics card within 1 week. Friendly and helpful staff made this whole process seamless and I would highly recommend them.

Ordered a monitor which I then realised was priced the same as a brand new one. Expected ‘as good as new’ condition. Turned up in 2 battered boxes - one had been punctured, very used condition. Requested a refund (had to be collected due to size) which cost me £30! Had to chase to even get that sorted
