Penderlaw were very helpful and efficient when it came to acting as the solicitor for the sale of my cottage in Port Isaac. In fact, I bought the cottage with them and I found using them for its sale very helpful because they had an easy access to the history of the property and I was familiar with some of their team. Penderlaw have been exceptional when dealing with issues for our family, what makes them distinctive is not so much what they do but how they do it.
