While initially lovely, when there was a problem with continuing the project they became hostile and unprofessional. Works that were not to be charged for were charged, the amount I was to pay changed from person to person, and I was in the end charged without agreement or a final discussion. Shameful way to run a business. In the end, for a company that bragged about turning over £4 million a year, they quibbled and fought about £2000. Honestly just shocking.
