Please do not reach out, I've been in contact since May and completed what I thought was needed, when they where meant to await my reffernces no response from either, and they did not get into contact in order for me to chase them up.
When I then decided to get into contact with them they did not reach out and confirm anything, therefore left me frustrated then when I rang back to consult and find our why the information I've posted on the hays assure login hasn't been agreed, they have turned around and said its basically my fault for not doing their job.

Lady on the phone full of attitude, when I first started I wanted go so two days, and then dropped to one day she insisted I needed to be more flexible such as working for more schools which is fine however when it comes to SEN you need to have some CPD and qualification however then said she was unable to find any jobs suitable. I could mention the name but I'm sure if they come past this post they know who they are.

Don't use not a good company.

Send me details of jobs that they feel I'm suited for, they then tell me when I want to apply 'Im not suitable' or 'Not enough experience'. When they have a copy of my CV as well. Who's judging me? Mickey Mouse? Plus, I complained about the service the provide in terms of helping you into work and they ignored emails or were extremely late in responding. Professional? Make your own mind up

The worst experience I have had with a recruitment agency.

I received an email regarding a job opportunity, to which I confirmed my interest with a copy of my CV on a reply email.

A few days later I speak with Thomas Grogan on the phone…

1. He got my name completely wrong (which I understand people are busy minor mistakes like that happen).

2. He asked me to advise on my career history… Not even 30 seconds into my explain Thomas is trying to interject, to which in the end I stopped to let him rudely speak over me. “Well I don’t think this would be suitable, they’re looking for A B C”.

I was confused as I sent my CV to him, yet from the call he didn’t know my name, he didn’t read my CV and was extremely uninterested in what I had to say. This was a job that I was more than qualified for, all the job requirements are something I had experience in…

I expressed my frustration with this experience within an email to receive this reply from Tom (now using a different job title in his email signature) -

“ Alex,

Disappointing to receive such feedback.
Was keen to put your CV forward as discussed, but will withdraw you from the process.

Thanks
Tom”

Honestly, avoid at all cost! The sheer unprofessionalism and blatant lies. They’ll just be chucking your name forward to tick a box and hopefully earn themselves some commission.

Mark has been an amazing support to me during my time out of full time work. I worked with Hays for 8 weeks and found his both professional and supportive. Mention also to Martin, who was also a great support.

They are flexible and work with you to find you placement that suits.

Would definitely recommend using them if you want flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.

Callum is a fantastic Guy helpful and always replies to my messages.
Shame i can t say the same about the company in general the payroll department are shocking they regularly mess your wages up and then wont help resolve any issues they are rude and beyond helpful and pay you wrong most weeks.
Sadly i would advise anyone wanting to work in the Healthcare Section to be wary you will work stupid hours for very little money
I dont like writing negative things but feel its best to warn people what they are getting in too

I have been in touch with this agency on two separate occasions and both times they have let me down. I have relevant experience for the sector I want to work in, however they have not even been bothered to get back to me and I found them to be very unprofessional. I want to warn others to stay away as they are most likely only concerned about their targets and like nearly all other recruitment agencies see you as a number. STAY CLEAR
