Terrible service. Do not use. I wish I had read the reviews before I signed up with them. Dennis Earle rang me 7-8 times a day until I signed up with them. Now non-one will return my calls or emails. I was promised a booster box for my house which has still not arrived and 5 months later I’m still waiting for the early settlement refund. Our phones were disconnected for 48 hours as they ported the numbers without sending us new SIM cards! Not great when you run a 24 hour business. Not sure how they keep getting away with it!! Get legal advice that’s what I have done.

All of the Previous reviews are exactly what is currently happening to me!
I'm waiting for over a year now for the buy out cheque. Never return calls and only chase you when they want to upgrade your contract. I WISH I HAD NEVER LEFT VODAFONE, DON"T GO NEAR THEM!! They are a bunch of cowboys!!! P.S The 5 Star Reviews are from the Director/Owner!!!

5*, I would high recommend to use this company, I firstly had a phone call from a chap called Nathan who was really helpful who asked me if I would Like to save some money on my business mobile's, I normally aren't a fan of taking calls but I thought I would hear him out as I was spending a absolute fortune.
Shortly after I received a phone call from a chap called Chris who went through everything step by step and might I say he is very good at what he does, not only almost slashing my bill in half but also covered my termination fee's from my previous supplier but also keeps in contact every month.
I have since given 4-5 recommendations and all of them are really happy with the service that network consultancy have supplied.

Thanks again guy's looking forward to being with you for a long time,

Excellent service in the lead up to changing supplier. However, the buy out cheque I was promised at the end of Jan & then again at the end of Feb, has not been forthcoming. Now in the middle of March, still no cheque & Network Consultancy's phone rings out - extremely frustrating - not the way to run a business.

AVOID NETWORK CONSULTANCY/LOW COST MOBILES (OWNED BY THE SAME PERSON) AT ALL COSTS, OTHERWISE IT WILL COST YOU. CHRIS , DENNIS & ZOE ARE ALL EXTREMELY HELPFUL, THEY EXPLAIN HOW THE BUY OUT WORKS & WHAT INCENTIVE YOU WILL RECEIVE. UNFORTUNATELY, ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED ON THE DOTTED LINE, ALL CALLS & EMAILS GO UNANSWERED & THEY POCKET THE BUY OUT CHEQUE. AS PER ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS, STILL WAITING ON CHEQUE. APPARENTLY, IT HAS BEEN LOST IN THE POST. CONS!!!!!! THEY SHOULD BE THOROUGHLY ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES - BUT, THAT WOULD REQUIRE A CONSCIENCE!
