I had my raised decking plans drawn up and submitted my Post my Plans, the whole process was smooth and easy. Sags was great from start to finish, discussing exactly what was needed, came for a site view and made sure the plans would cover everything we wanted from the decking. The price was much better than others that had quoted, and there wasn't a step along the way where I felt the service wasn't as good or better than alternatives. Thanks a lot Sags

What a hero!!! Sag, put our initial planning application through for our loft conversion (needed to raise the roof, hence requirement for planning) and although the planning officer wrote a 4 page report as to reasons to accept the project, the council literally 10 minutes after issued, refused it!! This was from nothing Sag had entered, but moreso the council admitting they had hit the deadline for a decision and had to give an answer!!! Anyway, Sag was brilliant with how he then approached the council and put forward a resubmission and the second time it was approved. I genuinely do not think we could have got this approved without his help and dedication to the cause. Not only that, but I was contacting him at all times (out of working hours) due to my shift patterns and he responded quickly every single time. We really appreciate what you had done for us! We would highly recommend his services.
