I think my claim after a bike accident could have been settled a lot quicker (it took nearly 3 years). Great communication at the start and the end but not so great for long periods in the middle.
Having said that once Catherine Brown took over the claim the service was excellent. Catherine quickly negotiated a very good settlement, keeping my updated at all times.

Kls dealt with our claim straight after our car crash . Medical appointments were arranged which benefited us after the accident.
