I’ve recently been through a divorce. The property I own that used to be managed by Mark Anthony is part of my divorce settlement and is to be given to my ex.
I had to part ways with Mark Anthony when I realised my financial situation post divorce. I couldn’t afford for them to manage the property anymore and I’ve had to manage it for myself to save money. They were extremely understanding.
Since parting ways though, I’ve needed their help with various documents and information regarding my property. I’ve mislaid the Land Registry doc for example, I contacted Jenny at Mark Anthony to ask for more info on how to obtain a copy and not only did she tell me how to obtain one, she actually downloaded a copy for me! This saved me so much hassle. I would have had to contact the solicitor involved with the property purchase, ask them about the document because I couldn’t find it on the Land registry register. Jenny found it and forwarded it to me straightaway. When you’re going through a tough time, this sort of help is gold!!
Can’t recommend Mark Anthony enough!

Fantastic experience and service so far. I approached Mark Antony as the previous agent wasn’t successful in marketing the property, despite a total redecoration. From the start I was confident that Mark Antony would go the extra mile. The photographs and description were excellent and made such a difference. The communication has been great and it’s lovely to have a dedicated contact who is responsible for the sale from start to finish. Within a week of the property going ‘live’ there are already 2 viewings booked!

They delivered exactly what they promised, with the fees being more than covered by the savings made through the efficiency of the whole process.
