We recently had the pleasure of instructing Simon (and Claire) for our building survey, and they were truly the dream team! From the moment we contacted them to the completion of the survey, everything was handled flawlessly. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly, making the entire experience so smooth and enjoyable. We had requested for the survey to be completed as quickly as possible, and even though Simon’s schedule was full for a few weeks, he went above and beyond by keeping us informed of any cancellations to move our survey date up. The report was delivered to us just two days after the survey, and they were always available to answer any questions we had along the way.
