Thank you for the wonderfull Bright Red Zellige tiles that I decorated with this Liverpool football club " Family Crest" on to them with ceramic liquid gold. We were looking for some stone for our lounge and luckily came across Natural Stone Consulting.

We made an appointment to see Andy at the Newbury showroom. He spent a long time showing us all the fitted floor displays and numerous samples of stone to suit our needs. He was very knowledgeable and took time to answer our many questions until we found the perfect one.

The stone was delivered to fit in with our project schedule and arrived in excellent condition.

All our communications were dealt with by Gabi who project-managed our purchase from start to finish. She was extremely efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

I cannot fault the care that we received from this company. They did everything they promised and provided a high quality product. I would highly recommend them.

Gabi and Stacey have been amazing. Nothing was too much trouble when we were first shopping around and looking at alternatives and then once we decided to go with NSC they were always there to help us to a final decision. Their communication was second to none; especially when it came to delivery of the stone. So many companies are at the mercy of third-party transport companies who are often the weak link in the customer service experience but Gabi was right on it, arranging delivery on the days that suited us and making sure the transport company stuck to their schedule. Good follow-up service too and a genuine interest in how the project was going and how the stone was looking once laid. So thank you Gabi and the team for excellent service and an excellent product and may you have every success in the future.

I honestly can't begin to describe the excellent service I received. What seems like a lifetime ago (first lockdown I think) I requested a tile sample. I took a follow up call after the sample arrived and had the loveliest chat with stacey re my up and coming kitchen Reno which I was hopeful would start soon. Fast forward over a year later and with the delayed kitchen build starting it was time to finally order the tiles. Stacey dealt with everything impeccably and to an exemplary standard, just the best customer service and seemed generally interested in the project getting underway. The delivery was also a dream ,as I had popped out and when the delivery man called he waited on me to run back to the flat to take receipt of the order. An absolute dream from start to finish and very excited that these beautiful creations will be going up in a few weeks. What a great business ! and with all the juggles of what needed done this was just what I needed. Amazing, amazing, amazing
