Kate has been fantastic. My wife and I have been working with Kate since the beginning of this year. She took the time to truly understand us individually as well as a couple.

She has helped us navigate difficult times, find ways of efficiently communicating with each other and positively encouraged us to open up, finding answers and reasons as why we were feeling or behaving in certain ways.

Kate kept us on the right path, was firm but fair, challenging in the right ways.

I found counselling sessions with Kate very beneficial to me and they really helped me work through a tough time in my life. I have had counselling in the past and never felt that it helped me and often gave up with the sessions.
I decided last year to look for someone new as i was in a bad place and knew I had some difficult times ahead.
I spoke to a few and didn't really feel an instant connection or at ease, then I came across Kate's website. I felt an instant liking to her and thought how warm, calming and friendly she looked.
After a few emails and a phone conversation I felt so at ease and really felt that she could help me.
