Lex Allan initially sold my house 9/10 years ago and were faultless and really helped obtain the best price being extremely professional all along the journey.

Based on this experience when my elderly mother was after a flat we used their letting arm to rent a ground floor property, which was done for nigh on 5 years - at no point could we fault the service my mother received. As is the nature of things when maintenance/repairs were needed they were always done promptly and with concern for my mother's welfare.

Unfortunately my mother had to move into a care home in March 2025 and the same concern/help was afforded to us in the 'moving out' process and there was no issue whatsoever with the return of the holding deposit.

Based on my experience I cannot recommend this company or its staff enough and when we come to sell our house and move on (we want to move and retire to Scotland!) we shall not be looking at any other estate agents other than Lex Allan, but I guess they don't have a Scottish branch - worst luck!
