I am the recipient of a parcel. The sender dropped off the parcel at this post office and they never passed on the parcel to royal mail to collect. I have already contacted royal mail to confirm this. Tracking also shows that it has been dropped off at this post office and thats it. No update for the last 12 days. I believe the parcel has been misplaced in the post office. I have attempted to call their customer service but they never answer the phone. Impossible to reach out to. Can someone investigate what has happened to this parcel and whether they can find it at this post office.

I'm so glad we still have our local post office. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful. The staff always goes above and beyond to help. Yes the site has moved to the high street but at least we still have a post office. Thank you everyone at our post office 👍

Made a trip in to post overseas letters, as it said it was open until 8pm.... it was shut at 3.20pm...
Updating this from a year ago. It has now moved premises. It now has no parking either. Been in twice this afternoon, queue of around a dozen people back to the door, 1 person on the counter. Gave up and went home, hopeless place.

All members of staff are excellent and always go above and beyond to help . The staff are all friendly and polite and have great knowledge of all products I require . All round I would score higher than a 5 star rating if possible . Well done all concerned it is rare to find such good service these days .

One Infuriating experience too many for me today, I try my hardest to avoid one particular lady who makes up rules as she goes and constantly gives out false information, and if you disagree with her your packages do go missing
For years I watched her dictate and bully other staff members to the point where they leave, I urge everyone to verify all information with a third party as often what is stated is either a complete lie or she doesn’t know any better, to play god at a post office and act above your station is nothing short of pathetic and one feels your life is lacking elsewhere. I’ve had packages mysteriously go missing when I’ve opted for a cheaper postage option that is perfectly adequate for my needs, and they show as never leaving the stourport branch ( how is this legal) I’ve been told completely false information and have gone out of my way to verify what I’ve been told elsewhere, very rudely spoken to on numerous occasions, in such a vindictive way that the woman has the nerve to call you ‘sweetie pie’ whilst insulting you, I have now taken this matter further but this is a warning to all users of this post office to CHECK WHAT YOU ARE BEING TOLD! the power trip one woman is on working at a post office counter is absolutely shameful I hope my complaint is fully investigated because something seriously underhand is going on here! My overall experience with Royal Mail directly and any other post office has only ever been a positive one but this lady is not right and needs to be investigated, just because you call people ‘luv’ ‘darling’ or ‘sweetie pie’ and have a false grin does not give you authority to make up rules as you go!

I have been going there almost every week to send business parcels (their number varies from one to over twenty) for over 4 years and I have always been treated kindly and any enquiries/problems have been resolved promptly and efficiently. Smooth service and helpful staff.

Staff are helpful but the opening hours are wrong. This branch opens at 8.30 am. The staff at CO-OP said they are supposed to take care of any post office business from 8 am till 8.30 am but have not received any training. This is very inconvenient when you turn up at 8 am and have to return half an hour later.

During Lockdown my business has moved online and this post office has become an extension of my business. The layout is great and the staff are extremely polite, efficient and very knowledgeable regarding postage costs and insurance requirements. I highly recommend this branch.
