Disappointed with the service I received. I needed some help fairly urgently. I was offered and attended an early morning appointment a few days later and was promised a call back at 1pm same day. I was told to prepare for the call with log ins and paperwork etc. The call didn't materialise. I called in to chase up and was promised an update asap. The call came the next day mid morning by which time I was in a panic and had spent the previous afternoon trying to solve the complicated issues myself with deadlines looming.
The attitude was really casual and I didn't feel supported at all.
I wouldn't offer my business or recommend.

My review is about your casual attitude to me.
1. Not at all professional
2. criticising my choice of accountancy software
3. Repeatedly swearing.
4. Not doing what you said you would do - you promised a callback from your payroll person at 1pm. You told me to have all my information ready so that It could all be gone through on the phone. It didn't happen. I closed off an hour of bookings for the call and I wasn't called. Later your staff member told me you hadn't informed her of any particular time to call which is why she called me next day. My choice to DIY my tax affairs is irrelevant. Maybe keep your promises?
