We love Jess’s over 55’s class. It’s fun, the 80’s music is great and just at the right level for us, we feel energised after the session! If you’re thinking of starting low impact aerobics this the perfect class for you, come along and join the fun whilst you’re doing a great work out at the same time!

I recently joined JL Fitness as I am losing weight and want to get fitter and I haven't looked back! I feel fitter and have more confidence since joining. Jess is lovely and a great instructor clear and concise and easy to follow. I love the classes and have met some great like minded ladies who are all so friendly and like to have a laugh. I would definitely recommend JL Fitness

I've been going to Jess's Low Impact Aerobics classes for about 18 months now and I really enjoy every minute. She is a great teacher and has made me feel much better about myself through exercise to music that means a lot to me. The classes have given me a chance to meet some lovely people and I look forward to going. Jess allows us to work at our own pace and to make progress over the weeks, without it being too serious, we all laugh at our mistakes. It's as much a brain work out as a body one. My confidence has grown and I feel stronger and fitter.

I look forward to Jess's Low Impact Aerobics classes and have been going for sometime now. Jess is a great instructor and makes the routines to music fun. I feel better in myself for exercising and have met some lovely ladies. I would highly recommend these classes.

I really enjoy the Low Impact Aerobics class on a Monday. It's just the right pace with good music and a lovely group of ladies. Jess is always mindful of anyone suffering with existing joint pain and encourages us to only do what we are comfortable doing. I feel much better for having joined this class.

Jess has help me so so much this past year, at the start Jess asked what I wanted to work on and put a plan together for that. With hard work and motivation from Jess I saw results within the first 8 weeks including lbs and inches coming off. As Jess was an online coach I was sceptical about the interaction I would get, but Jess is constantly at the other end of the phone day or night ready to answer any questions you may have. This has been a complete lifestyle change for me, I feel so much more confident going into the gym now and completing my workouts with a plan to follow which suits me. I told Jess some days I can only fit in short workouts, so within a couple of days Jess added shorter workouts to my plan! Can not recommend Jess enough!
