I live at IP14 1DT and three separate occasions in the last few weeks I have had mail delivered for IP14 1EB , I have re-posted into the sorting office. It’s dumb or it’s lazy, please get them a map.

Stowmarket Delivery Office is completely useless. They are redirecting my parcels to the previous owner's address, despite us not even having the same surname. Their incompetence is astounding, and their limited hours of operation—just two hours a day—is ridiculous! I can't even call them to tell them how incompetent they truly are.

Most of the time I have no problem, but I went to collect a parcel and the man was adamant they hadn't got it. No apology and gave me the customer service telephone number. I rang them up and they confirmed it was still in there, but would put in a claim. The next day I received a message from the sorting office to say if I didn't collect it in 10 days it would be sent back. Confused I went back and explained and a woman working there said he most probably couldn't be bothered to look hard enough. I was annoyed because I had to pay to park twice to pick up this package.

Staggeringly rude little man running this place. Closes the post office early and then lies about closing on time. Open from 8–10 a.m. Is two hours work too much for you?

Not at all happy. Couple of weeks ago a note was written on one envelope to inform me that parcels were left under the car in the drive way. No parcels. Yesterday I found my 2 huskies chewing cardboard. To my amazement there were 3 packages tied together with elastic completely soaked from the rain and now chewed. No notification they were thrown over my gate. Really bad service.

Terrible service, had 3 different 1st class next day delivery signed for parcels not show up on time. Have been in my town depot for 3 days and still not delivered, don’t offer and charge for a service you can’t provided. Simple.
