Stowmarket branch Sean and Kayleigh was so helpful sold our house in less then 7 weeks and all members was there to answer any questions they helped us to complete within 12 weeks. This is the fourth time we have used them and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Unfortunately, I have had a terrible experience with Marks and Mann. Communication was awful - I wasn't contacted to be given any updates about my property and I had to chase and leave several messages to speak to Ross. When I eventually spoke to Ross it felt uncomfortable and I was given the impression that he couldn't be bothered to put any effort into the sale of my property. When I put my property up for sale with Marks and Mann they initially put the incorrect photos up and didn't bother putting a for sale sign.. I wouldn't waste your time or energy with this agent. Please go elsewhere.
