Today I received full planning approval for a new dwelling in the green belt and in a flood zone, so not a standard case. Louise has been fantastic from the day I contacted her. She provided a strategy that our architect would not have known about and her knowledge and process has led to the best result we could have hoped for. Our planning approval went through first time and was exactly what she advised she would be able to get for us.

I'd highly recommend the use of a planning consultant and more to the point Stansgate, as an expert in the field. Without their help we would have ended up with something far inferior and may have even had permission refused.

Useless company. Basically at each stage told me I should do what the council planning wanted. Did not push or offer alternatives. Also told me that my garage needed planning permission (which I had to pay them to help with) it did not, covered under PD.

So I would stay well away from them, a waste of all the money spent on them.
