Lauren has been extremely helpful and efficient. She always spoke in a very polite manner and assisted me throughout my journey in finding the right job. If I could give this company NIL stars I would! Today I received a text from Jana saying they had come across my CV on CV-Library and that they had a possible position for me at Avon Care. I rang their number and got through via text relay (a service used by deaf people to communicate with hearing people) the service is explained to the other person, the other person kept replying 'hello hello hello' then after a while then said that because I am deaf the role would not be suitable for me because it is in care then ended the call! Not giving me chance to explain!! THIS IS DISCRIMINATION AND GOES AGAINST THE EQUALITY ACT AND DISCRIMINATION ACT!! PLEASE SEE PHOTOS ATTACHED.....
THEY NEED DEAF AWARENESS TRAINING BADLY IN HOW TO INTERACT WITH DEAF PEOPLE!!!
