After many years as a tenant with Henry Adams, I can only sing their praises. Every time I raised a question, query or simply just asked a point of clarification, the team have always resolved things quickly and as best as possible. I found them to be proactive and communicate well throughout. I would highly recommend them to tenants as well as to Landlords. The team have always regularly inspected the property and have handled any necessary maintenance quickly and with polite and professional trades every time. Wow what an incredibly smooth and quick process with Henry Adams Lettings. Alex was so helpful throughout with quick communication, advice and organising our tenancy. Would recommend this estate agent to anyone who asked. The little move in gift box was an extra added treat and just goes to show their attention detail and care for each client. Steve was an amazing support, helpful and patient with myself and my mother. It had been a long and arduous process which wasn’t Steve’s fault but he made everything more manageable to cope with. He would phone me regularly keeping me updated on everything regarding the chain and how we were progressing. When something stalled he would get right onto it and deal with it. Steve was the estate agent at Henry Adams who was selling the house of our buyers, we were in fact selling through their Midhurst office but sadly we didn’t experience the same care and consideration by the Midhurst office and so decided to deal only with Steve and his office. I can highly recommend you using this estate agents and ask for Steve, if you are selling or buying, Steve is honest, straight, cares for his clients and in the end gets it all sewn up. He even called me on the day of the move to see how my mother and I were and again the following week to check in on her. An amazing man and an amazing team at this branch..THANK YOU ..

I wanted to leave this review to say how absolutely greatful myself and my partner are for Christina's help and assistance. We were in a chain that was causing delays, where other estate agents had not been honest with us and told numerous lies, Christina who was not even our esate agent was amazing! She went above a beyond helping the chain complete, she was honest with us from the start, provided us updates that really wasnt her job to do, she was proactive and worked so hard for us. If it wasnt for her the chain could have been broken causing alot of heartache, stress and loss of money. After dealing with other esate agents through the chain Christina was by far the best i would highly recommend Christina at Henry Adams Estate agents Storrington.
