Avoid.
Although staff were always polite, overall they did not provide a very high level of customer service. Storrington branch was often unmanned, prospective viewers had to go out of their way to arrange a viewing. Feedback from viewings was slow or non existent. The manager left and we were not informed. The Steyning branch manager was too busy to help us when our offer letter was delayed! Emily from Worthing branch, was always extremely helpful. Thank you Emily!

All the staff at King and Chasemore Storrington have been so helpful to us and have supported us along the way. Particularly Emily, she is always very helpful, quickly responds to calls and emails and has been an amazing help to us through the process of finding a house. Emily, Charlie and Lewis in the Storrington branch have all been amazing. They are polite, respectful and always prepared to go above and beyond. I have been selling my Aunt’s home, whilst living 140 miles away in the Midlands. Nothing has been to much trouble to support me.
