Best recruitment company I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Had a face to face meeting with a recruiter called Demitri, who was very friendly. He asked me what role I was interested in and said he would find me a work placement. He called me every week to keep in touch and let me know what roles were available. He got me an interview For an accounts payable administrator and I got the job. He has been in contact during my new placement to check how I’m getting on.
I would recommend this company very highly.

Provided myself with an assignment with only confusion at a hotel. General Manager of the hotel did not know what to do either. I spent 2 hours waiting and sitting in an office where i was supposedly sent to work - however no "trainer" available despite apparently on his way. Consultant had advised me that he will try his best to make sure I am paid for the hours spent and promised to call back in an hour. Now when contacting the place the consultant "always appear to busy" and will call back, but no call is yet given.

It is not even about the money, a courteous phone call conveys a more than satisfactory basic customer service skills. This place is clearly going to benefit from my hours being spent elsewhere. I really do look forward to the reply from this honest review of mine and even more than happy to visit the premise for an explanation.

I usually do not write reviews, but I would like my experience to be known to any potential candidates using this company.

Connor proved an excellent communicator & recruiter, phoning me often daily to keep me informed of the latest news of how the provisional engagement was progressing etc. It’s rare to get that kind of personal touch, and should be lauded.
