Brilliant Solicitors. Got me in at short notice to get some documents signed. Staff were so pleasant and helpful, especially Dawn, who really made my day. ( Hope you enjoyed you cake. 🍰) Thank you to everyone.

Absolutely shocking service they shouldn’t be allowed to practice
In a word “Incompetent” they never reply to any emails ,when you call you are reassured of a call back, never happens avoid this company if you ever want a issue resolving
“Quick update”
Nearly a year as passed with countless calls that are never returned, emails that never get replies, and visits to the office ,nothing as happened or changed 😡🙈

Needed a document signing witnessed. Tried reaching out to other local firms... one offered a provisional appointment a week away for £20, others either promised call backs and didnt call back or passed me between departments with phones eventually ringing out... SM Lawson however told me if i pop by before mid day they could do it... steped in, saw someone within minutes, they looked over the document, which was a bonus, witnessed the signing, signed and stamped it and only asked for £10 for the service.

In an age where most entities seem to be looking to milk you for as much money as they can, it was refreshing to see this firm charging something very reasonable for what was a less than 10 minuts job.

A small and cheap experience but one that now means I'll look to use them again in the future. Should be in need of conveyancing services before the end of the year and SM Lawson will be my first port of call.

A refreshing experience and good to see people who try to do earn their living still exist.

POA applied for in Feb (and paid) , grandads died in June. Didn’t put the paperwork through until October. Probate applied for in June. Nothing started until 3rd complaint in December.
