Unfortunately I had to attend family court so I contacted HRS Family Law Solicitors to o be honest I didn't know what to expect or understand the process at all but when my solicitor turned up called Jada she was amazing. I was with my sister and she put at ease straight away talked us through the the legal jargon and made us feel completely at ease I'm glad I called this law firm and got this amazing young lady to represent me in this case. I would like to thank the team of lawyers at HRS Family Law Solicitors Birmingham UK for their professionalism, duty of care and commitment to my case. I contacted them on a whim, uncertain about what I was getting into. To my greatest surprise, they were very welcoming from day one. The Admin lady was very sweet and maternal (I'm sorry I didn't get your name).
Ms. Tyla Wilson was the first person who welcomed me and did all the preliminary work. Her attention to detail was impeccable, she was very empathetic and helpful.
Then there was Mr. Mohammad Iqbal who handled my case throughout Apart from being a good lawyer, he was very understanding, patient, kind and always had my best interest at heart. His ability to tell me the truth even when it wasn't what I wanted to hear helped manage my expectations.

There was also Ms.Claire McCallum who represented me at one of my hearings which went well. Her professional experience shun through.
To draw the curtain on my case, Ms. Mobeen Tasadiq was my solicitor at the final hearing I cannot sing her praises enough. Having someone sincerely work with you to ensure you have the best possible outcome was such a blessing. It was such a pleasure having her at the final hearing. She sure knows her stuff.

Avoid at all costs. Due to hearing difficulties email is my preferred method of communication. I had to email twice regarding an important family matter. Eventually an individual phoned me and booked me a telephone appointment with a solicitor for Monday 4th November at 10am. No phone call waa received but I appreciate things happen so I left it until the 7th when I sent a further email explaining that no solicitor called me and what happened? Again no response to my email or explanation offered.
