HELP provide an exceptional HR service which has always been faultless. The customer service, speed of response to queries and HR support provided has been outstanding. Our dedicated business partner has become part of our team even though she is 200 miles away; distance has not been a problem as the relationships she has formed by phone, email and twice yearly visits is invaluable. I would recommend HELP to any business who needs HR expertise but cannot provide the resource in house. It really is just like having a HR department down the corridor.

I am the owner of a retail business and have dealt with Help for approximately 15 years.
Dave and the team at Help have always provided my business with sound advice and offer great service with all aspects of employment law and also health and safety.
Fortunately for our business we don’t have many issues with staff but on the occasions when we have had a problem, help have always given us the correct advice to resolve the problem.
You are in safe hands when help are on board with you and they guide you through the correct procedures and take away the worries.
I mainly deal with Hattie, who apart from being a lovely person is also incredibly professional and helpful, always available and can’t do enough for you.
On our return to work and reopening on the 1st of June we also had our health and safety re done to deal with the pandemic and Help have assisted us massively in providing a safe environment for all our staff and customers.

You will not find a more professional and high quality employment law firm in the UK than HELP.

I don’t often leave reviews but in this case I feel compelled to. After a long career in HR, I’ve encountered many employment law firms and none of them have employed the level of diligence and detail that HELP have. Every outcome we’ve had with them has been favourable, the standard of their work is outstanding and despite being experts in legal services they are also very personable and empathic. I simply wouldn’t use any other team.
