Coming to the Swan centre was always nice, the staff is friendly and welcoming, always helpful and respectful. The place has a home feel to it, colorful and clean. I will always keep in my heart a warm Memory of all the beautiful women that were with us during the months I've been going to the swan centre with my son and family!

Appalling contact centre, I am surprised it hasn’t been shut down. Staff are extremely rude and dishonest who evidently lack adequate training and only serve the paying customer whether it’s the parent or social services. They also shared emails I sent them to the other party without my consent; huge data breach, inaccurate reports, which were edited to make it more favourable for the paying party. These concerns amongst many other failings meant that the focus on the child was lost.
Staff have been there for years and should ideally be made redundant; stuck in their ways, probably unable to upskill or re- train and not a single staff member is qualified. If this centre continues to exist it needs an overhaul, qualified staff; social workers, or social workers in training and an impartial approach.
I would stay well clear of this place, there are others that a far better nearby.

Unfortunately had to use this place.
Handover to a different person each time that my baby found distressing! Was told she'd eaten and had a nappy change get home to an exploded nappy and literally no lunch eaten every single time (My baby never not eats!)
Felt there was no compassion or understanding of our situation. Manager was a liar and would cut you off and rude. I asked about visiting the centre prior to my baby going and they seemed off with that.
Always rubbish outside, looks filthy each time too. NEVER any option to rearrange so was your due day/time or not at all which made me look bad to other party.
Glad I've moved centres.. would NEVER recommend this place. Oh and definitely pro paying party too!! Avoid!!!!

Disorganised member of staff had me standing outside with entrance doors closed for 2 weeks in a row with the other parent that im not meant to be close too very awkward!!! .. also very abrubt demeanor and have lied about how hard it is to contact me via phone. An excuse for not doing her job.. properly. Overall poor center and needs management to step in and see what going on with their own staff.. extremely dissatisfactory and played a significant part in a loss to being reacquainted with my son. Stay Away from this center..

Interesting feeling coming to that kind of complex. But in a good way, people working there looks like care very much for children safety. So do not expect you are visiting a If you going there make sure everything connected to your case is in order. Staff will check if is OK for you to approach children and then you good to go. Fully professional.

Unorganised, disrespectful, inconsiderate staff. ONLY nice to the paying parent, no-one else. Establishment needs work & preferably competent staff. Choose elsewhere if possible.
